We found it! And it only took us 8 houses and about 6 hours. As soon as we walked in we knew it was the one! I'd write more, but I'm toooooo tired so here are a few pics.
It's a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home in a beautiful neighborhood right around the corner from the school Noah will be attending. I am very excited about the idea of walking Noah to school in the morning before I go to the gym to work out with MC Hammer, lol! There are beautiful roses in the front yard and another flowering plant that smells amazing. I must find out the name of it!
This is the backyard, it is actually about twice this size, there is much more to the left in the picture. There is also a back patio that wraps around the sides of the house. I see MANY MANY great BBQs and family get togethers to come!
FRUIT TREES!!! One of my favorite parts of the yard! We have apple, lemon or lime... not sure yet, and we think it's peach! Can't wait to see them all ripen. Homemade pies anyone?
Honestly, we were sold on the house as soon as we walked in. The layout is so inviting and I can see our children running around and laughing in this home for years. That makes us very happy. :)

One final picture... Our master bathroom. Hello! There is a deep tub, separate shower and 2 separate closets: My walkin with a built-in shoe rack/display across the bottom and his is on the right wall just out of the picture.
