Daisy and Mittens!
This is Daisy. Noah says that she has "picked" him! :) How cute! We have been actively rewarding Noah each month for his good behavior and progress becoming a fine young human being and these two cute little rats are his new pets! We have really been missing the feel of having an animal at the house, but a new dog just wasn't in our future. Noah wanted cats..... I don't think I need to tell you what I said to that. :) We went to the pet store to JUST look around..... I don't think I need to tell you what happens when you take me to the pet store either... but I'll shortly fill you in.
- Walk in NOT wanting rats, or cats.
- Agree to just hold a rat, to prove I don't think I want one.
- Can not put the cute, cuddly, sweet little rat down!
- Will definitely not be putting it down now that the clerk has told me that sweet little Daisy will be SNAKE food in days or even hours because most people don't buy rats for pets.
- Noah now 100% wants a rat too. We give Kevin our best plea & sweetest looks...
- We gather everything we need for our new little angel.... and Kevin picks out a sister for her!

Many of you have told me what wonderful pets rats make and I am definitely agreeing with you now!
