Halloween weekend, and a busy one at that!

Wow! What a weekend! So Noah has joined Cub Scouts and is enjoying it pretty well right now. They had a Spooker-ee event on Friday and Noah was Frankenstein this year. They had some fun games and a costume contest. So we ask Noah who he thinks is gonna win and he very seriously says "Me!". They start calling out names and he's not 3rd and not 2nd and honestly I'm getting a little scared even though I knew he had a GREAT costume. Then they say "First place goes to Noah Helwig" and excited is an understatement! He was really proud and so were we! Here he is...

Halloween morning I got up with Scarlett and came downstairs to play with her on her mat. She's been teetering on rolling over for awhile and she goes onto her side and I'm just sure she's gonna roll over. I run upstairs to get Kev and we get back down just in time to see her do it and take the picture! She was really excited too :)

We had a great time trick-or-treating. We went with our friend Suzanne and her daughter Madeline as well as my friend Celia who was here for a very awesome 11days! Afterwards Suzanne was nice enough to watch the kiddos while we all went downtown for the closing of one of my favorite places. We decided to do the whole Alice in Wonderland thing Tim Burton style. It was great. Kev has been studying Johnny Depp's Mad Hatter for weeks and did a mindblowing job of recreating it. I had no idea I married Martha Stewart, lol! Anyways, I was Alice and Celia was the Rabbit. 

We had a great night and a great weekend! Hope everyone else did too!
