Wow! We're busy....

     So when I started this blog I knew we were pretty busy and I'd have some fun stuff to share with everyone. But seriously, I had no idea it would be this much. I've kept telling myself, 'Oh, I'll just blog in a few days and put it all together"..... yea so about that... I think I'll be making smaller, more frequent updates from now on, lol! On with the fun stuff! I mentioned how Noah had started Cub Scouts and he was at the Air Station last week. They had a great time and learned a lot about Coasties and what they do. They got to check out the planes and even got 'stuck' in one when the thunder and lightning started. Fun!

     Then last night he had his first uniform inspection. He looked so handsome and he was really proud in his uniform. They were giving awards for all types of different stuff and Noah got his first belt loop, the citizenship one! He was really excited about it when he got home. He's on his way to earning a LOT more soon. I'm really proud of him, as always!
    
     Today was Noah's 2nd field trip and I was really excited because I got picked to chaperone. :) We went to the Waikiki Aquarium and had a blast. They learned all about how animals in and around the reef protect themselves. Noah just LOVES this, he can't get enough. My little science child! I swear he tried to answer every single question, but I told him he needed to give the other kids a chance too. He was like, 'fine, ugh' Too funny! He seemed to be really happy I went too, he's still at the age where he's really proud of me and wants me to be everywhere.      So I think that's all the major events. Last weekend I was lucky enough to get to have dinner with one of my good long lost friends, Riley. It's always so wonderful to rekindle friendships and she lives in Cali so hopefully we'll be seeing a lot more of each other next year! Then Saturday Kev and I went to the theatre at my school to see an original production written by a graduate of my school's drama program. It was pretty good, but mostly it was a nice date-night. Now we're patiently awaiting the arrival of Kev's Mom and Grandma Farnady. Should be an awesome six days with them! I absolutely can not believe Thanksgiving is next week; where has this year gone?!?!?!!
