Before things get TOO crazy

I thought I'd do a little "leisurely" blogging before things get TOO crazy around here.

Right now my guy very BFF, Chris Saki, is here visiting from New York! I'm super excited because I miss him very much! He's from here, we met when we were both stationed at the 17th here. He was very handy to have to show me around when I first got here and after that he's just a super awesome friend and tons of fun! We are doing a luau (prob our last one :( )tomorrow night, Yard House tonight and then Easter and all kinds of stuff. It's all sure to be a great time!

After he leaves it's Kevin's 30th birthday weekend!! I wish I could say more but I just can't because it's all still a secret! Sshhhhhh...... BUT, I can say that it's going to be an awesome awesome awesome weekend for him.
Backing up a bit, Teresa (Kev's sister) has had some bit of complications (that would be a whole other blog) and is now going to be having a C-section tomorrow! Big news, everyone pray that everything turns out as beautifully as possible. We can't wait to meet him, but we'd like him to be careful coming out ;) I'll update on that in a few days I'm sure.
So then after the 30th birthday weekend is over we will have about 45 days left on island and it's going to be super fun crazy busy!
Oh, in other sort of related news, we/Kev has made the very difficult decision of re-homing Guinness. We truly believe it's best for her to not make the move, but we are very sad about it. So we are dealing with that right now too. We believe we have found her a wonderful new loving home with lots of land on the Big Island (Hey, if I can't live there, at least she can!) and I'll update on that after it's all settled as well.

All great things going on and so much exciting stuff to do, just hope it all rolls along smoothly and produces some fun pictures for me to share! *wink*
