I Love Birthdays!

It's always fun to take a little stroll down memory lane! And there is nothing like a birthday to jump start one :) I was thinking about my last 5 birthdays and it just so happens that that goes back to the first one I spent with Kevin ♥
I love seeing how I've evolved over the years. A year can feel both long and short, depending on how you look at it. On one hand, 2007 feels like just yesterday. On the other, so many things happened between each one of these pictures, not to mention hair colors and styles!

2007- A fun night out dancing!

2008- Just hanging around ;)

2009- Celebrating with tiny Scarlett in my belly before we went to Maui!

2010- A fun day spent with my favorite girl!

2011- 5:30AM hanging out with my kids and wonderful husband who (once again) surprised me and took the day off! By the way, while taking this exact picture, Scarlett said "CHEEEEESE"!

I am 29 now, the last year of my twenties is going to be awesome! Yesterday was such a fun day filled with family, laughing, shopping, eating, friends, and conversation. Every year keeps getting better! I used to be a little hesitant about getting older and things changing, but I embrace it with open arms now. As I was looking at pictures to pick one for this year I aboslutely had to pick the one above because it was the happiest part of my day! Sure, I look WAY better in almost every other one, lol! Sure, 4:45 was a little early to get up but with two kids and a husband like mine who wouldn't want to get out of bed and start celebrating?! All day long they showered me with love and birthday goodies. (Including a Red Velvet/Cake Batter ice cream cake from Cold Stone!) I have never felt so lucky in my life than I did yesterday! Thank you to all who helped make my 29th birthday so special with your words, calls, flowers, cards, presents, donations :), and love!! It was my favorite birthday to date..... until next year!

I will throw in a couple extra pics just to show you that I actually got dressed! :)
We made a Thai dinner at the house- Delicious!

It was a double birthday celebration! Myself and Bridget!

I'll end with one of me and my honey. I look terribly exhausted here, but he's so handsome :) Kevin did a smashing great job of making my birthday perfect! Thanks, babe!
